• A capacitor connected with the fluorescent got short circuited or damaged due to which can cause energy saver non-functioning. By replacing capacitor this problem can be fix and bulb can come back to life.
• Another fault usually happens due to which bulb cannot glow is damaging of DC bridge Rectifier. This can be solved by replacing the diodes of the circuit.
• Sometimes 400V damaged capacitor can be the cause of non-functioning bulb, and this can be replace easily.
• Sometimes Dark resistor (colorless resistor) can came into see in the circuit which can be main problem, by testing resistor with multi meter resistor can be checked.
• The Most common problem is occurred is damaging of Fluorescent of bulb. According to my experience 90 % of energy savers not work due to this problem. Here is the video of changing fluorescent of energy saver and make it working 100%...
